We were in a store before Christmas and they had an entire display of Steif bears and animals. Almost all of them are firmly stuffed and really stand up well. They really do make nice display pieces, but my son loves the softness of his stuffed penguin (who - I have just been informed - celebrated his 1 year birthday since he arrived last year in Santa's stocking, LOL)!
