Farmers Market at Annecy

We walked through the farmers market at Annecy pronounced ahnsee.  What fun it would have been to buy all the fixings for a salad  or a hero sandwich.  Fresh greens and vegetables and herbs, fruits, berries, melons, olives, cheeses and meats and breads, pastries and candies.
Everything for an entire meal.
These venders were set up here 3 days of the week and set up at 2 other locations the rest of the week.

who knew there were so many different olives

these are all gingerbreads  I have to do some experimenting with fresh ginger.

So many kinds of white potatoes  my Irish grandfather would have been impressed.

 and the cheese sigh

We did buy some berries to eat as we walked.

The markets in Europe are chock full of gorgeous goodies to eat. We don't have anything like that near me... just huge grocery stores. Your pictures are so beautiful. Now I need to go eat breakfast. :)
